Therapy cost depends on how you would like to pay for services. With insurance, therapy coverage depends on your specific insurance’s behavioral health plan. If you decide to not use insurance, a 60 minutes therapy session costs $125.

Therapy sessions are offered during the hours of 9am-2pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Sessions end 5-10 minutes before the hour to allow time for scheduling and notes.

You can expect to spend time in your first session expressing your therapy needs in more detail and collaborating on treatment goals.

Therapy goals are really just anything you want to work on in therapy. It can be helpful to identify what brings you to therapy right now at this moment in your life and if we were to work on this together, what changes might we start to see?

Before our first intake session, you will input your insurance and/or payment details into a billing platform and then get sent a link for the session. You will not be billed for service until after our session is finished.
